Two Turkish soldiers killed by IEDs in northern Syria

Two Turkish soldiers have been killed in Syria’s northwestern Afrin region, during a sweep and clear mission, according to the Turkish army Tuesday.
According to Anadulo agency, “The Turkish General Staff said that an improvised explosive device went off Monday as Turkish troops were clearing an area liberated from YGP/PKK as part of Operation Olive Branch”
Veysel Temel and Ibrahim Imis were carrying out a mobbing-up operation when an explosive device blew off.
Turkey with the backing of the “Free Syrian Army”, launched Operation Olive Branch on Jan. 20 to remove YGP/PKK groups from Afrin, northwestern Syria.
