Representing President al-Assad, Azzam offers condolences to Russian people over Kemerovo fire

Representing President Bashar Al-Assad, Presidential Affairs Minister Mansour Azzam on Wednesday visited the Russian Embassy in Damascus and offered condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin, Ambassador Alexander Kinshchak and the Russian people over the victims of the Kemerovo fire, which claimed the lives of 64 persons.
Minister Azzam, on behalf of President al-Assad, wrote a word on the record book, expressing his sincere condolences to President Putin, the friendly people of Russia, and families of the victims, hoping quick recovery for the wounded.
In turn, Prime Minister Imad Khamis also offered condolences and wrote a word that expresses solidarity and sympathy with Russian people and government on Kemerovo incident.
