Map update: Syrian Army restores years-long rebel bastion city in E Ghouta

As all eyes on the developments in the eastern Ghouta region, the government troops continue its mission objectives, battling the Islamist groups in the besieged enclave.
Military source told Muraselon that, the storming forces of the Syrian Army succeeded in gaining control over the years-lasting stronghold of Hammouriah city in the eastern Ghouta.
Earlier today, more than 3000 civilians were managed to flee Hammouriah after opening a new humanitarian corridor by the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC), the Syrian observatory said.
Worthy to mention that Hammouriah city had witnessed crowded demonstrations condemning the rebel groups and welcoming the Syrian Army.
