Map update: Syrian Army makes significant push inside Al-Qaeda heartland in north Hama

The government troops with the backing of Russian aerospace forces continue its mailitry operations against the Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) in northern Hama province.

On Sunday, military source cited that the Army units managed to take back 5 hamlets in a swift offensive located approximately 35 km north of the provincial capital.

At the meantime, the Syrian Army puts its first foothold in years near the Idlib administrative borders as the HTS fully controls that province.
