VIDEO: Syrian Army battles ISIS in Al-Qaryateen barrens

Aiming to clear out Al-Qaryateen city from the Islamic state terrorists, the Army continues military operations in the hills around the city.

Backed by the Russian and Syrian Air-forces, the combat troops advancing steadily towards the city, avoiding any possible ambushes being occurred by the self-proclaimed group.

Combat video footage was released by war-media team, features scenes of the Syrian Army operation in Al-Qaryateen heights in southern Homs countryside.

In the 1st of October, ISIS sleeper cells took over the predominantly-christian town in central Syria.
