Hezbollah uses armed drones against militants in Syria

The Lebanese Hezbollah movement is using weaponized drones against the Islamic State positions near the Syria-Lebanon borders as part of a joint military campaign with the Syrian Army to drive out the terror group.

Video footage released by Hezbollah’s media wing shows two drones dropping missiles on what seems to be ISIS outposts and bunkers in the mountainous region of Qalamoun.

The Lebanese anti-Israeli movement and the Syrian Army have launched a joint military operation to expel the Islamic State from the bordering area. Earlier, Hezbollah managed to overrun Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham; the Syrian al-Qaeda offshoot in Arsal barrens.
