BREAKING: ISIS counter-offensive Syrian Army, targets several towns in Deir Ezzor

The ultraconservative terror-group of the Islamic state has launched a surprise counter attack against several towns that under the control of the Syrian government.

According to Amaq; the media branch of the self-proclaimed organisation, Islamic state fighters attacked the villages of ” Salihiyah, Jala’a, Saiyal, Abbas and Al-Mujawdah” located along the western flank of Euphrates.

Amaq also claimed in a statement that scores of Syrian soldiers were killed as 3 others were captured.

Military sources told Muraselon that the Syrian troops are defending the large-scale terrorist attack.
