Syrian sources confirmed hearing explosions around the US Forces base in Hasakah city north – east Syria.
The Syrian Observatory confirmed that the American base in “Kharab Al-Jir” in the countryside of Rmelan, north of Hasakah,was attacked by a drone.
The observatory confirmed that the American air defenses were able to shoot down the plane.
This is considered the first attack on American forces in Syria after the fall of Bashar al-Assad’s regime.
