In the meantime, Syrian Army reinforcements continue to pour toward the front-lines in northern Hama countryside in preparation to launch a large scale offensive to liberate and capture the de-escalation zone.
Yesterday, the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that the Syrian government has every right to protect people living in the country, including Idlib province.
He added that the remaining members of the Islamic State ISIS and Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly known as Jabhat al-Nusra) continue to stage provocations and are reluctant to abide by ceasefire agreements.
