Video: Syrian authorities seize US-made weapons in south Damascus
Syrian security forces seized large amounts of weapons and ammo which had been buried in a farm in Yelda town – South Damascus Countryside.
large amounts of weapons and ammo, some of them US-made, were found buried underground inside a plastic water tank in a farm where militants had been positioned in Yelda town.
The seized items included Heavy machine guns, ammo, AK-47 clips, grenades, sniper rifles, IEDs and improvised grenades, a LAW rocket launcher, thermal and night vision equipment, and DShK tripods.
The seized weapons cache was hidden by the militants shortly before they left the area and headed to Idlib.
