President Bashar al-Assad issued on Saturday a decree exempting martyrs and injured people from up to SYP 1 million of due debts for low-income loans in public banks.
The decree covers all martyrs killed and people injured who sustained full disability estimated at 80% and above due to the war or military operations or at the hands of terrorist or enemy elements, exempting them of up to SYP 1 million of due debts entailed by the aforementioned loans.
