Syrian Army advances in Eastern desert of Sweida , liberates new area (MAP)

The Syrian Army continued their operations against Daesh (ISIS) terrorist in the eastern desert of Sweida, establishing control over Kherbit al-Hawi.

SANA’s reporter said that army units continued advancing in the direction of Tal Ghanem after fierce clashes with Daesh terrorists, killing and injuring scores of terrorists and destroying their fortified positions and two pick-up vehicles equipped with heavy machineguns.

The military operations in the direction of Um Marzakh and Qabar al-Sheikh resulted in inflicting Daesh heavy losses upon their ranks and equipment.

The Army’s artillery and Air Force targeted movements of Daesh in Toloul al-Safa area, inflicting terrorists’ losses.
