VIDEO+18: One-hour-long footage of breaking ISIS imposed blockade of Deir Ezzor city

On September 5, 2017, the Syrian army broke through the blockade of the Islamic state terror group on the city of Deir Ezzor.
Government forces approached the provincial capital from the right bank of the Euphrates River, in parallel with SDF advance, that supported by an international coalition led by the United States.
In the second half of October, ISIS groups in Deir ez-Zor lost the last road on which they could leave the city.
The film chronicles the events that took place from October 24 to November 4, 2017. At that time,The Syrian Army division of the “Tiger Force” had already finished off the “hornets’ nest” of ISIS in Al-Mayaddin.
General Sukhel Hasan managed to storm the city of Deir ez-Zor, the main stronghold of terrorists in the oil-rich province.
