New Turkish military delegation arrives in Aleppo suburbs to establish an observation outpost

Syrian activists reported that a Turkish military delegation visited Al-Rashidin area, west of Aleppo, in preparation established new observation point there.
The visit came a month after Ankara set up its first monitoring post in the Hama district of Morak, part of a deal to reduce tension in Syria [de-escalation zones] reached during Astana negotiations under the auspices of Turkey, Russia and Iran.
The same thing happened when the Turkish delegation had established the Morek observation point in Hama, they fully surveyed the area, and now they are doing the same in Aleppo.
