Heavy explosion rips through major rebel stronghold in Idlib, building destroyed, civilians killed

An entire building collapsed in the middle of Ariha city in the countryside of Idlib, as a result of an unknown explosion, civilians killed and injured, according to pro-opposition reports.
Activists on social media said that “dozens were still under the rubble, amid attempts by civil defense teams to pull them out.”
The reason of the explosion, which led to the collapse of the building, was not yet known, but local sources suggested that an IEDs factory was bombed.
Rebel sources from Ariha claimed that “the initial toll of the victims is three children so far, while five others were injured.”
Idlib has witnessed a state of security chaos in the recent weeks, resulting in killing and kidnapping tens of civilians, including women.
