BREAKING: Cease-fire officially announced in northern Homs, negotiations to kick off tomorrow
a Cease-fire deal has been officially announced in the besieged northern Homs pocket, ahead of negotiations expected to begin tomorrow.
Official reports from the government side declared on Monday, that a cease-fire is totally implemented in northern Homs countryside betwen the Syrian Army and the militants.
The deadline of the cease-fire is 24 hours, before starting the Russian-brokered agreement between the warring parties in northern Homs.
Elsewhere in Idlib province, around 20 buses entered two besieged towns of Fouaa and Kafraya in rural Idlib to begin an evacuation agreement concluded earlier between the Syrian Army and Nusra jihadi group.
