Pictures: Syrian authorities discover two mass graves in former jihadists stronghold in Hama

The Syrian authorities have uncovered two mass graves in al-Rahjan town in Hama countryside containing of civilian bodies killed by terrorists before the town’s liberation in January.
SANA agency reported that the mass graves were uncovered based on information provided by locals, as 8 bodies were unearthed.
The SANA correspondent said that army units and the Syrian Arab Red Crescent will recover the bodies so that they can be identified and turned over to the victims’ families.
Al-Rahjan town was considered as major Hayyat Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) stronghold, snatched from the government in 2014, then recaptured in January 2018.
