Photos: Syrian army offers amnesty to militants of northern Homs countryside
Syrian army helicopters dropped several leaflets over terrorist groups in the northern Homs countryside, calling for militants to reconcile and lay down their arms.
The Syrian army leadership offered northern Homs rebels the amnesty to and have their statues settled, as continue to fight terrorism and eradicate it from root.
The Syrian government and the Russian Reconciliation Center have already made several attempts with the northern Homs rebels to settle their situation, but they were rejected.
The militants are located in the areas of Rastan and surrounding towns within a besieged enclave of all directions extending from the northern countryside of Homs to the southern outskirts of Hama.
