ISIS moves freely in Eastern Syrian under US-coalition watch

A new evidence surfaced recently that seriously questions the role and real intention of the US-led coalition in Syria with the ISIS terror group nearly almost defeated by the Syrian and Russian forces.
Satellite images dating back to December 3, 2017 reveal large convoys of ISIS militants relocating throughout Eastern Syria without being harmed by the US coalition.
According to reports, the US concluded a deal with the US forces in Syria to be granted a safe exit from Raqqa to Deir Ezzor countryside in order to fight the Syrian Army and allied forces.

This actually took place and the terror group jihadists made it to Hajin and Gharanij towns in Deir Ezor countryside ,
The US government has been recurrently accused by Damascus as the main backer of terrorist groups in the region.
