Video : Two Israeli pilots airlifted to Haifa hospital after F-16 crash

Two Israeli pilots were airlifted to Rambam hospital in Haifa after they were forced to eject from an F-16 fighter jet which was shot down by Syrian anti-aircraft fire on Saturday, according to the Israeli Defence Force (IDF).
One pilot was seriously injured, while the other only received sustained minor injuries, as a result of their emergency evacuation, confirmed the IDF.
Investigators have been examining the wreckage of the F-16 close to the village Harduf in the north of the country.
Spokesperson and Head of Social Media of the IDF Jonathan Conricus said on Twitter that Israel recently intercepted an Iranian drone entering into Israeli territory from Syria.

Conricus also tweeted that the IDF is striking “numerous” Syrian and Iranian military targets in Syria, “in response to Iranian aggression”.
