Video: 3rd batch of Syrian NDF forces arrive into Afrin to assist YPG
Complying with the agreement concluded earlier between the Syrian government and Kurdish forces, new batch of Syrian National Defense Forces (NDF) have arrived in Afrin region.
In order to back the Kurdish fighters in combating the Turkish-led forces, the 3rd group of Syrian forces made it into the northwestern city of Afrin through al-Ziyara crossing.
Meanwhile, members of the Russian military police were seen escorting the convoys at the Ziyara crossing in order to prevent the Turkish military from targeting the crossing as it was the case a few days ago when the 1st batch arrived.
Three days ago, the first batch managed to arrive into Afrin, avoiding the Turkish artillery bombarding.
