Afrin Map | Turkish Army and jihadists capture strategic Bulbul region in Afrin

Opposition media published pictures proving control over the strategic Bulbul region near the Turkish-Syrian borders north of Afrin.
Euphrates Shield militias announced their seizure of the region of Aubasi, Bali Kuwy, Qorna, Za’arah, Ali Kar, Bek, and Basi in the Bulbul administration after fierce battles with the Kurdish SDF.
This advance comes days following the capture of the strategic Bursaya Mountain northeast of Afrin.
From its side SDF announced the destruction of several vehicles belonging to the Turkish Army on the Raju and Sheikh Hadid axes allegedly killing over 20 Turkish soldiers in the process.
The Turkish Air Force continues its fierce aerial campaign over Afrin targeting Kurdish positions all across the canton.
Turks say that their main goal from the operation is the capture of all the border region with the aim of besieging Afrin and forcing its residents to leave.
