Unknown militants raid Turkish military convoy western Aleppo, casualties reported
Opposition media sources confirmed that a Turkish army convoy was attacked while passing near the town of Zerita west of the city of Darat Azza in the western countryside of Aleppo.
The sources said that unknown assailants targeted a Turkish army convoy, destroying an armored vehicles with RPGs, killing the crew while others got injured, according to sources.
That led to recall and panic situation among the Turkish soldiers as shooting indiscriminately.
The Turkish army is deployed in several locations around the Darat Azza region in the western Aleppo countryside as part of the De-escalation areas agreements.
Furthermore, another media outlets reported that the Turkish forces are preparing for military operations in the Kurdish city of Afrin, north of Syria.
