BREAKING: Russian air defense "S-400" system arrives in Syria's Tartous (video)

Recent video footage from the coastal city of Tartous, emerges large Russian ships unloading the modern air defense system of S-400.
The Russian Defense Ministry published a video showing the arrival of the Russian missile defense system “S-400” to the Tartous base in Syria, on warships.
Developed by Almaz-Antey Central Design Bureau, the SA-21 has been in service with the Russian military since 2007. The system is capable of destroying airborne targets as far as 250 miles away.
