Watch the new US operations base in south of Al-Hasakah

Pro opposition sources reported a satellite picture of a U.S. military base in the outskirts of al-Shadadi in the southern Hasaka countryside.

According to the picture, the base includes helicopter landing sites, a training camp for infantry and a mini operating room, with at least 8 helicopters.

The US base is located near two main oilfields in northeastern Syria, Rumailan and al-Shaddadi.

US forces also use Rumailan airbase as a helicopter landing pad, which is also located in the countryside of Hasakeh province.
