Map update: Syrian Army tightens the grip on jihadists in Beit Jenn enclave

Aiming to clear the small bordering pocket of Beit jenn near the occupied Golan Heights, the Syrian troops renew its military offensive, capturing key hilltop.

On Monday, the Syrian forces stormed the strategic hill of “Tall Marwan” that located on the eastern side of Beit Jenn pocket and managed to gain control over it.

Only 500 meters distance away from the main jihadists stronghold of ‘Mughir Al-Mir’ following this advancement.

Yesterday, the Army also took control over two major hilltops (Al-Zayat  and Daher Al-Asswad ) located on the north-east side of the Beit Jenn Farms.
